Castration forceps:
Castration forceps typically consist of two scissor-like arms with a crushing mechanism at the tips. The procedure involves clamping the spermatic cords (vas deferens) and blood vessels supplying the testicles with forceps and then applying pressure to crush and cut off the blood supply to the testicles. This ultimately leads to the atrophy and shrinkage of the testicles, rendering the animal sterile.
