Drenchers:

Drenchers come in several different designs, but they all feature a long tube or nozzle for inserting into the animal’s mouth. It is kind of a gun (drencher syringe). The other end of the tube is connected to a syringe or pump mechanism that controls the flow of liquid medication. Drench guns typically have a trigger or plunger to release the liquid.
