Castration forceps:

This Castration forceps (emasculator tool) is used in the castration of livestock.  Its function is to simultaneously crush and cut the spermatic cord, preventing hemorrhaging while still detaching the testis from the animal. When the device is used, the operator crushes the spermatic cords one at a time, leaving a space in between to prevent an interruption of blood flow to the scrotum.
